Jason’s practice focuses on litigation. Prior to joining Shapiro Arato Bach in 2023, Jason was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he represented individual and corporate clients in both civil and criminal proceedings. Jason previously clerked for a federal district judge in the Southern District of New York, as well as a federal appellate judge in the Second Circuit. Jason interned in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York while in law school, and he has been a member of the White Collar Crime Committee of the New York City Bar Association
