Dana focuses primarily on the discovery-related aspects of litigation. Prior to joining Shapiro Arato Bach, Dana worked as a staff attorney at a premier litigation firm and at a leading class action firm as part of a team engaged in the discovery phase of securities litigation. Dana also worked as an attorney and project director at a government agency dedicated to child welfare.
