Dana is a litigation attorney engaged in complex commercial litigation, government investigations, criminal defense, misappropriation of trade secrets, and securities litigation. She has experience in the areas of fact and legal research, discovery matters, and deposition and trial preparation. Prior to joining Shapiro Arato Bach, Dana was a staff attorney at a premier litigation firm and a leading securities class action firm. Dana is especially proud of her past work as a project director at a government agency serving the most vulnerable New Yorkers, in the area of government audits and child welfare financing.
